CJI reacts on the Delhi High court decsion.
The chief justice of india K.G.Balakrishnan said that the full court of the supreme court would decide on filing an appeal against the three judge bench judgment of the Delhi High court holding that the office of chief justice of India would come within the ambit of the RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT.
